Tom Wysocki of The Wysocki Group has been representing buyers and sellers in the Southwest Riverside County communities of Temecula, Murrieta, French Valley, Wildomar, Menifee, Sun City, Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Horsethief Canyon, Winchester, Perris, Hemet, San Jacinto, and the surrounding unincorporated areas since 1987. He has experience in Foreclosures, Short Sales, normal residential sales, land, and custom new construction.
His team consists of 3 licensed agents (including one who specializes in short sale negotiations), a transaction coordinator, a marketing director, and a loan director with expertise in foreclosure purchase requirements and prequalification.
Tom received his Real Estate Sales License in 1987 and his Broker’s License in 1990 and has managed his Coldwell Banker office since 2004. He trains the new agents within his company and has also worked as an expert witness in the Riverside County Courts specializing in Real Estate Agency and the duties of a real estate agent.
Previous to real estate, Tom was a professional distance runner for 10 years, traveling around the world to competitions. His wife was a member of the 1984 US Olympic Team in Track & Field. They have been married since 1982 and have 2 children – a son who is in Jr-ROTC at Chaparral HS in Temecula and a son who attends engineering school at the University of California Santa Barbara.
A graduate of the University of Nevada – Reno, he has a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics.
